Restaurant Mølle

A forty-cover dining room in a former grain warehouse, designed so the kitchen’s open fire is the brightest thing in the space. We kept the original brick and timber, added a bar cast in pigmented concrete, and lit every table at candle height to hold conversation close. The room is deliberately darker than the food.
